Ingredients

  • 2 Packages of stew meat
  • Chinese vegetables in can
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 can mini corns
  • rice
  • chinese noodles
  • Beef bullion cubes
  • Soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown stew meat in pressure cooker. Cover meat with water, add about 5 bullion cubes and a little of soy sauce. Cook for 15 minutes in pressure
cooker and then let cool for 15 minutes. When pressure cooker is cool, take of lid and put in chinese vegetables, water chestnuts and mini corns.
Bring to boil. Add a little more soy sauce, then thicken with corn starch.

Rice: For 4 of us- 2-1/2 cups rice to 4-1/2 cups water.
