Cheeseburger Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1.5 C onion, chopped
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• 1.5 C milk
• 3/4 C Bisquick
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in greased 10x11 pie plate.

In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake about 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
