Ingredients

  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 ounce chicken base or bouillon
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken breast meat cooked, diced
  • 1 pound tiny meatballs
  • 1 cup long-broken spaghetti cooked

Step 1

Bring water to a boil. Add chicken base. Stir to dissolve. Add celery, carrots, onions, spinach and basil. Simmer 10 minutes

Add meatballs, chicken and cooked spaghetti.

This recipe yields 1 gallon.
