Ingredients

  • 3

    pounds boned and skinned chicken breast (or 1 1/2 breasts, 1 1/2 thighs)

  • 2

    cups Greek yogurt, strained

  • 1/2

    teaspoon dry mustard powder

  • Olive oil (Greek if you have it)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Dried oregano

  • Toasted sesame seeds

  • Garnish - Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Whisk together the yogurt and dry mustard in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least three hours. Wipe yogurt mixture from chicken with paper towels. Coat chicken liberally with olive oil and season as desired with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook chicken in batches on a lightly greased grill pan 7 to 8 minutes, turn and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until done. (More for thighs) Remove from pan and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish if desired.
