Ingredients
- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 C diced onions
- 3 T chopped fresh cilantro( actually, the entire bunch)
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes diced (remove center)
- 1 t garlic, minced
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hr for best flavor, or serve immediately.
