Rice Krispies Treats

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons butter
• 10 cups miniature marshmallows
• 8 cups rice krispies

Preparation

Step 1

line a 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper
heat a large stock pan over medium to low heat
add butter and once it is melted stir in 8 cups of marshmallows
allow marshmallows to melt
stiring frequently until mixture is smooth
take the pot off the heat and add the ceral
stir to combine
srir in last 2 cups marshmallows
but don't let them melt
pour mixture into pan
coat spatula with butter and smooth the mixture in the dish
let cool 30 minutes
cut into squares
