Bologna Scallop Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. soya suace
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. four
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 1/4 cup hot milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 lb (250G) bologna, sliced

Step 1

Combine soya sauce, garlic salt and barbecue sauce and toss potatoes in mixture; set aside. Combine flour, salt, pepper in a 2-quart casserole dish, layer potato and onions slices, sprinkling with flour mixture as you layer. Pour hot milk over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 375F for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and place bologna slices and then tomato slices on top. Return dish, uncovered, to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
