Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 12-oz. bag of chocolate or white chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt; add oats and set aside.
Mix butter and sugars; add vanilla and eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in nuts and coconut. Fold in chips.
Drop by tablespoon 2" apart on baking sheet.
Bake 12-14 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
