Preparation

Step 1

Cut round steak into 2-1/2 to 3 inch squares
Season with All Seasons, garlic and onion salt
Cut up the onion and in a pressure cooker brown
the meat with the onion.
When browned add the bullion cubes and pour in
water just to cover the meat.
Cover the pressure cooker and heat on burner until
the jiggler starts to jiggle, let jiggle for a
couple of minutes and then reduce heat so it
jiggles now and then. Time for 15 minutes then
take off of burner and let cool 15 minutes.(DO
NOT OPEN PRESSURE COOKER UNTIL THE 15 MINUTES
ARE UP OR YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH A FORK THAT
THERE IS NO MORE PRESSURE UNDER THE JIGGLEER.)
When cool enough to open, put back on burner
and bring to boil, take3 tablespoons of corn
starch and mix with very cold water. Add slowly
to pressure cooker mixing constantly to make
a gravy.
