Ingredients
- 1 10-oz. can Valley Fresh premium chunk white chicken, drained
- 4 c. frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Layer broccoli in a 7 inch x 11 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. In a separate bowl, combine soup mayonnaise lemon juice and curry powder. Spread the soup mixture evenly over the chicken layer. Finish by sprinkling cheese on top and adding a light coating of bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. If desired, place under broiler until lightly browned.
