Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups salid oil
  • 3/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2-1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon cracked pepper
  • 1/2 cup wine vinigar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 7 mix well. Makes 3-1/2 cups of marinade
Use for at least 12 hours, or 24 hours, best.
