- 1 large organic yam
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, 100% unrefined
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp himalayan sea salt
Preheat oven to 400F. Wash yam well. Cut yam into wedges or fries, rinse until water run clear and try completely.
Coat fries in oil. Toss in cumin and salt and mix in well.
Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 -15 minutes (to desired crispyness).
Enjoy with any protein and veggie meal.
