Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 4 tablespoons of fennel
- 2 teaspoons of sage
- Garlic salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon of dill
- 4 tablespoons of EVOO

Preparation
Step 1
Combine fennel (thinly chopped) with sage, garlic salt , pepper, dill, EVOO in a bowl. Mix well! Put mixture in top if pork chops. Grill pork chips until cooked but not overdone.
Slice extra fennel into thin strips. Sauté in EVOO until crisp. Spoon extra fennel over cooked pork chops.
