Ingredients
- 6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 11 oz. sweet butter (1 stick 3 tbsp.)
- 4 c. confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 egg whites unbeaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate and butter together and add sugar, milk, egg whites and vanilla. Place in medium bowl inside large bowl of ice cubes and beat until mixture is spreadable. Frosts three 9 inch layers.
