Peppermint Frosting

I use this on chocolate cupcakes and then dip them in chocolate or on brownies and then cover with a chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

  • 3 sticks butter
  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 T. whipping cream
  • 2 1/2-3 t. peppermint extract

Preparation

Step 1

Whip butter. Add all other ingredients and whip for about 3 minutes or until fluffy.
