Ingredients
- 11/2 cups sugar
- l egg
- 11/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream or mitk = lTbsp vinegar in milk
- 2 cups flour
- l tsp. baking soda
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- Topping= l cup brown sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together sugar,egg,butter and vanilla.
Add in sour cream or milk.
MIX WELL,
Add flour and baking soda mix.
Add rhubarb and mix well.
Pour into 9x13 pan, Top with brown sugar and cinnamon'
Bake at 350 degrees for 35--40 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean
