  • Filling:
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cake of yeast (1 oz.)
  • 1-1/4 cup butter
  • 1 /w teaspoon of salt
  • 3 egg yolk slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 egg whites, beatened slowly
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of ground nuts (pecans)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients for dough together
Cut into 8 parts
Roll out very thin on powdered sugar
Cut dough into to 5 inch squares and
put a teaspoonful of filling in the
middle of each.
Roll up like a cresent.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes.
When cool shake on powdered sugar.
