Ingredients
- Filling:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cake of yeast (1 oz.)
- 1-1/4 cup butter
- 1 /w teaspoon of salt
- 3 egg yolk slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 egg whites, beatened slowly
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of ground nuts (pecans)

Step 1
Mix ingredients for dough together
Cut into 8 parts
Roll out very thin on powdered sugar
Cut dough into to 5 inch squares and
put a teaspoonful of filling in the
middle of each.
Roll up like a cresent.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes.
When cool shake on powdered sugar.
