Ingredients
- Cilantro, 1 T, loosely packed
- Chili powder, 2-3 T
- Cumin, 1 tsp
- Garlic powder, 1 tsp
- Paprika, 1 tsp
- Black pepper, 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp
- Garlic, minced, 1 T
- Frozen green peas, 1 cup
- Ground turkey breast, 1 lb
- Sriracho sauce, 1 T
- Salsa, 1/4 cup
- Quinoa, 1 cup
- Black beans, 1 can, drained and rinsed
- EVOO, 1 T

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook quinoa as directed on package
2. Brown turkey in olive oil
3. Remove turkey and add peas, black beans, seasonings, garlic, and sriracha
4. When heated through, add turkey to skillet and heat on low
5. Add cooked quinoa to skillet and stir
