Toddler Perfect Chicken Nuggets
- 5 oz. chicken breast, boiled for 20 minutes and cooled slightly
- 1 egg
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp mixed vegetables (optional)

Blend chicken, egg, (veggies) and salt until smooth.
Spoon chicken mixture into cookie cutters (or form into balls/patties).
Roll shapes in breadcrumbs
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden/crispy, flipping after 5 minutes.
