Ingredients

  • Massa:
  • 150 g of all-purpose flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp of water
  • Recheio:
  • 250 g of broccoli
  • 150 g of salami
  • 10 black olives
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dl of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • Black ground pepper
  • 50 g of shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat over to 225 C. Mix the flour and the butter by hand or with electric mixer. Add the water and mix the batter rapidly.
2. Put cooking spray in a tart pan. Extend the batter to line the pan and cover with aluminum foil.
3. Bake for 10 mins and uncover. Decrease the temperature to 200 C.
4. For the filling, cut the broccoli in pieces and cook in salt water. Cut the salami and black olives. Rinse broccoli after its cooked and combine all 3 ingredients on batter.
5. Mix the eggs and milk and carefully spread it over the batter. On top of mixture, spread mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 30 mins in oven. Serve hot.
