Ingredients

  • 2 packages dry yeast (1 oz. yeast)
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 4 T sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 egg yolks

Mix together yeast, warm milk and sugar. Set aside 15 minutes.
