Ingredients

  • 750ml bottle Chardonney
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 sliced peaches (frozen works well)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 liter ginger ale

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer wine and sugar until it dissolves, about 5 minutes. Let cool.

Pour cooled mixture into pitcher and add fruit and ginger ale.

Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.

Serve over ice.
