Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups instant rice
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 or 4 eggs, beaten (add a little milk)
- cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water and add rice. Let set, covered, off flame. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Keep on low flame for about 50-60 minutes (until thickened). Slowly add eggs to mixture about 5 minutes. Pour in dish and add cinnamon on top.
