Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp rosemary or tarragon, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 6 cups cut up veggies

Mix first 5 ingredients. In 13x9 baking dish toss veggies with marinade and roast 450* oven 20 minutes or until tender, stirring once
