Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • Whole graham crackers
  • 2 small packages of vanilla instant pudding
  • 8 oz. cool whip
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can milk chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Mix instant pudding and milk. Put in fridge to set for 5 minutes. Layer bottom of 71/2 x11 pan with graham crackers. (not crumbs) Mix pudding with cool whip. Put half the mixture over graham crackers. Layer both again. Heat frosting in microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Pour frosting over graham crackers. Chill overnight.
