Ingredients
- 2 6-ounce cans tuna (in water)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 celery stalks minced
- 1/4 onion
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dash of seafood seasoning like old bay

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients and spoon into 6 well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until puffed, set and lightly browned around the edges.
