  • 2 6-ounce cans tuna (in water)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 celery stalks minced
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dash of seafood seasoning like old bay

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients and spoon into 6 well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until puffed, set and lightly browned around the edges.
