Ingredients
- 5-6 cups cauliflower florets {1.5” diameter}
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil {1.75oz}
- 1 tablespoon garlic, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated {.25oz}
- 1 chives, Chopped, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500°F.
Place cauliflower florets in a large sauté pan or a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil over and season with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the sauté pan in the oven and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately while still warm.
