  • 3 loaves of bread, dried.
  • 3 onion
  • 1 whole celery
  • 9 bullion cubes
  • 6 eggs
  • pinch of butter
  • pinch of poultry seasoning.

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion, celery w/pinch of butter. Boil bullion cubes- add cold
water. Soak 2 piecs of bread at a time in the bullion soup. Squeeze out
excess water. In large bowl, whip 6 eggs. Add eggs to bread with a pinch
of poultry seasoning.
