slices of white bread with crusts removed
lb of crab meat
tsp fish herb blend
Tbsp each of mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, baking powder
1. Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Press out excess milk. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into 4 cakes. 2. Pan fry or bake at 350° for 20 minutes. If baking lace small pad of butter on each crab cake.
