Ingredients
- 2 slices of white bread with crusts removed
- Milk
- 1 lb of crab meat
- 1/4 tsp fish herb blend
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp each of mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten

Step 1
1. Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Press out excess milk. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into 4 cakes.
2. Pan fry or bake at 350° for 20 minutes. If baking lace small pad of butter on each crab cake.
