Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 rotisserie chicken skinned & shredded
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package Rotel tomato drained
- 1 package Jalapeno cheddar flour tortilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cheeses together until well blended.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Place one heaping spoonful onto tortilla.
Spread to edges using a metal spatula.
Roll and cut into slices.
