  • 1-16 oz pkg spaghetti
  • 1 C butter
  • 3/4 lb. Mizithra cheese shredded.

Step 1

Cook pasta al dente'.

Slowly melt butter over med heat until golden brown. Skim butter solids off top and toss pasta w/butter. Sprinkle w/cheese to taste.

Makes 4 servings.
