Ingredients
- 1 4-serving lime jello add 3-4 drops of green food coloring
- 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple drained, use liquid in place of water
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whip
- Chopped nuts and maraschino cherries
- 72 miniature marshmallows
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Beat in cream cheese while still hot. Add water to pineapple juice to equal 1 cup and add to jello mixture. Can add additional knox gelatin to firm up. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Add whipped cream, cherries, marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Pour into mold.
