Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
  • 1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • 2 T butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 qt casserole dish.

Combine macaroni, cheese, salt, pepper, sour cream, 1/4c butter. Pour into casserole dish.

Combine bread crumbs, butter, sprinkle on top.

Bake 30 min. or until bubbly

Serves 4.
