Anchovy Omelet

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon anchovy paste

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the eggs. Rub a small bowl with garlic. Put the eggs in the bowl and stir in the parsley and anchovy paste. Cook in a greased omelet pan over medium fire until firm.
