Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp each,dried basil leaves and dried thyme leaves,crushed
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves

Preparation
Step 1
MIx
50ml broth,lemon juice,basil,thyme and pepper
Reserve 3/4 cup for basting, refrigerate
Pour
.5ml remaining broth,mixture into shallow non-metallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour,turning occasionally. Discard marinade.
Grill
chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through,turning and basting often with reserved broth mixture.
