Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice, white or brown
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 cup broccoli, frozen or fresh
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion until soft and opaque. Add broccoli and continue cooking until soft.
2. Stir in flour, mixing well. Add salt and pepper.
3. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
4. Mix in rice.
