Ingredients
- 1 large bag fresh spinach
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 C heavy cream
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Finely dice onion and garlic. Melt butter and add olive oil and add onion and garlic and sauté on medium heat until transparent.
Add in spinach. Lightly press it down with a spoon and toss gently as it wilts. When mostly wilted, but not falling apart, add the cream. Stir a bit and add salt and pepper
