  • Filling:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 6 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 6 heaping tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder



Step 1

Mix like pastry, press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2" Pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350
degrees. Cool for awhile.

Beat 4 eggs, slightly. Mix sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder.

Pour over crust and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. After removing from oven
sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares when cool.
