pack wonton wrappers (refrigerated)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Keeping wonton wrappers in a damp paper towel to keep them from drying out, cut shapes one at a time using a cookie cutter. Brush with pesto and season with salt. Bake until golden around the edges; about 8 minutes. Let cool, then store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
