Easy Refrigerator Dessert
- 22 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted oleo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 ounce tub of Cool Whip
- 10 ounces of mini marshmallows
- 2 cans of pie filling ( any kind, I use cherry and blueberry)
Crush crackers. Mix in oleo and sugar. Spread half of mixture in 9x13 pan. Fold marshmallows in to Cool Whip. Spread half of this over crumbs. Cover with pie fillings. Spread rest of Cool Whip mixture over filling and top with remaining crumbs.
Chill for several hours.
