Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 1/4 cups smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg (300G) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream together peanut butter and butter. Gradually beat in sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour and baking soda. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoonsful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 350F 10 to 12 minutes or until centers are soft to the touch. Cool cookies on pan 5 minutes.
