Tomatoe Sauce

Ingredients

• 4-5 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
• Salt & Pepper
• Sugar - pinch
• Fresh Onion -minced
• Fresh Garlic -minced
• Parsley
• Oregano
• Basil
• 4-5 Bay Leaves
• Red Wine
• Tomato Paste (if using fresh Tomato Sauce)
• Pork Bones
• Sausage
• Meatballs

Preparation

Step 1

If cooking meat with the sauce:

Brown meat in same pot in olive oil
Take meat out & set aside
Cook garlic in oil
Add tomatoes & all other ingredients
Add meat back in to sauce
Simmer for 3-4 hours stirring occasionally
