Ingredients

  • 6 c water
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 t seasoned salt
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c cooked chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen & thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 2qt casserole dish.
2. In a 6qt pot, bring the salt water to boil. Add the macaroni & cook for 7 min. Drain.
3. Return the pasta to the pot & add the cheeses & butter; stir until they melt.
4. Stir in the milk, seasoned salt, garlic salt & pepper.
5. Stir in the eggs & broccoli. Spoon into the prepared casserole dish.
6. Bake for 30-40 min or until top is browned.
