Slow Roasted, Dry Rub Pork Ribs


Fall off the bone, dry rub ribs.

  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • red pepper flakes
  • 5 lbs pork ribs



Step 1

Elevate rack of ribs on sheet pan in oven. Cover ribs on both sides with dry rub mix. Cover ribs with foil and place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, decrease temp to 250 degrees for 6 hrs. Once ribs have completed the oven cooking, grill each side for finishing touch.
