  • 2 eggs
  • 6-8 T flour
  • salt to taste
  • water, if necessary

Step 1

Grate potatoes until fine. Spoon off starch. Beat eggs and add to potatoes. Add salt and water if too thick. Mix until well combined.

Fry on the stove top in oil. Let cool on paper towel-lined plate. Serve with sour cream.
