ASPERAGUS AND MUSHROOM SAUTE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus or green beans
  • 1 Tbs. herb garlic butter
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c. wine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut asparagus or beans in 2" pieces, removing root end. Preheat large saute pan on medium high 2-3 min. Add butter to pan, then sesame seeds, cook and stir 1 min.
Stir in asparagus, mushrooms, and water. Reduce heat to medium and cover; cook and stir 4 min.
Stir in seasoned salt, cook 3 more minutes.
