Ingredients
- 2 cups diced Chicken
- 1/8 cup fat-free Ranch (powder)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp fat-free or low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Hot Sauce
- 2 cup Spinach, chopped
- Sprinkles of fat-free Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
Eat with celery, carrots and peppers (or any other of your favorite dipping vegetables)!
