Buffalo Chicken Dip (C1)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced Chicken
  • 1/8 cup fat-free Ranch (powder)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp fat-free or low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 cup Spinach, chopped
  • Sprinkles of fat-free Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.

Eat with celery, carrots and peppers (or any other of your favorite dipping vegetables)!
