Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 2 cups butter (4 sticks)
  • 4 (3 ounce) Cream cheese
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter, cream cheese and flour as for pie crust. Chill.
While dough is chilling, beat eggs slightly with wisk, add brown sugar,
salt, melted butter and chopped nuts, mix well. Roll chilled dough into
small balls and line mini pans to top. Add filling to fill cups half way.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golder brown.
