2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 C flour
1 1 1 C shortening
1 1 1 t salt

Step 1

Put Top crust on apples w/no slits. Whip one egg white and spread over top crust. Bake 375 for 45".

Drizzle a powdered sugar glaze over top while it is still warm. May be served hot or cold. Top w/ice cream if desired.
