Ingredients

  • 1 C flour
  • 1 stick margarine soft
  • 1 C chopped nuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 C 10x sugar
  • 1 C cool whip
  • 2 pkgs lemon instant pudding
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 1/2 C cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

First layer:
Mix well, flour, margarine and nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min. (maybe a little longer) cool.
Second layer:
Soften cream cheese, 1 C sugar and 1 C cool whip. Cream sugar and cream cheese until blended and add 1 C cool whip. Spread over crust.
Third layer:
Mix instant pudding with milk until it becomes thick. Spread over second layer.
Fourth layer:
Top with cool whip
I use a little more than 2 C milk
